What People Are Saying.....

I have attached a progress report on the performance of the Mr.James . He continues to exemplify the benefits of the AMC Fellows Program. He simply showed up and started performing and contributing to the AMC mission on the battlefield.

Jim is my fourth AMC Fellow to be assigned to the AMC Brigade in Iraq.  Each has brought their own personality, strengths and exceptional skills.  They also brought to the battlefield a wide breadth of skills and abilities to assume almost any mission and be instantly successful.

I thought he'd flitch when I sent him to the field in a Blackhawk helicopter one dark morning to assume the duties as the Deputy Logistics Support Element Commander at Camp.  He didn't!  I needed him back after one month ....and the Commander wouldn't let him leave.  I finally won the battle over Jim and got him back.  He never missed a step getting back into the battle rhythm.

AMC continues to "raise em right". How many more can you send to the fight?  Need them now more than ever....we aren't leaving the battlefield anytime soon.  I can put them in key positions.  We have two more arriving in a few weeks.  Even though your Fellows arrive to Iraq as skilled technicians and leaders....they return as proud and combat tested AMC
Warriors!!

Everybody who contributes to the AMC Fellows Program should be proud of their success.  I know "Fellow building" is a team sport. Good job.
