AMC Fellows Program Features |
The AMC Fellows Program is a
fast-track program designed to develop the civilian leaders of
a multi-functional, multi-skilled workforce of the 21st century AMC.
Included with the program is a graduate degree opportunity. AMC Fellows are
full time federal civilian employees, and are afforded many opportunities.
Fellows are on full salary during all phases of the program, including any
training programs.
AMC is the US Army Materiel Command-charged with the vital
mission of sustaining our Army’s readiness. To learn more about what this

web site. During the five years of the program you will experience a mix of
on-the-job assignments, training courses and graduate school.
You will be exposed to a wide range of AMC's
operations through a program of rotational assignments. You will then be ready
to assume key positions within AMC.
You will not be stuck in a stovepipe, learning one type of job. You will
acquire the capability and flexibility to perform a wide range of tasks and
functions. You will become part of an agile, integrative and mobile cadre of future
leaders for AMC -adept and focused on new business processes, new initiatives,
and ready to face the challenges of the future.
Your graduate education will take place during the first two years. AMC pays
for tuition and books for your graduate course work.
Moving costs-mileage and household goods, and travel costs are paid (except
your first move).
A signing bonus of up to 25% of base salary may be offered.
